A FAMILY CHRISTMAS TRADITIONFor eleven years running, the South Plains Nativity has been a Christmas tradition bringing the spirit of Christ to families of the local community. It features nativities, crafts and dress up for children, art, live art performances, musical concerts, a live nativity, and more. Although many community members are involved, it is led and sponsored by local congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Keep scrolling for more!

UNIQUE NATIVITIESEach year the South Plains Nativity showcases hundreds of nativities from around the world, all meticulously displayed. You will see these exquisite nativities, both large and small, through several rooms including two of our most popular rooms, the International Room and the Children's Room. Each is owned by local community members, many of which have unique and special histories. These displays will remind you of the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of the Lord. GET INVOLVEDAll hands on deck! The South Plains Nativity is a large undertaking and requires a lot of support from the community. Support such as sharing your musical and art talents, helping setup and take down, and greeting guests are greatly appreciated. If you are interested in getting involved, check back late 2020 to be a part of the 12th Annual South Plains Nativity.
